Get found by people and AI
Get seen on Google, and recommended when people are asking the likes of ChatGPT.

Sound familiar?
Missing from the shortlist, especially when AI answers before a results page.
- Businesses you know you are better than keep showing up ahead of you.
- Your website lists what you do, but not the questions people ask before they call.
- You ask ChatGPT who to use for your service, and your name is not in the answer.
- Someone did SEO for you once, and nobody can say what it changed.
Why this matters
People used to pick from a page of links. Now a lot of them just ask.
Being one of the names that comes back is built on the same groundwork that always mattered: clear services, information that can be checked, and pages that answer the question someone actually asked. The work has not changed much. Where it shows up has.
What I actually do.
- 1Check the SEO foundations: how the site is built, what Google can read, and how you show up locally.
- 2Work out the questions buyers actually ask before they enquire.
- 3Write and fix the pages that answer them, in your words.
- 4Fill in the background detail AI assistants read before they recommend anyone.
- 5Track what moves, and name the next thing worth doing.
- A short list of what matters, not a hundred-page audit.
- The highest-impact fixes done, not just recommended.
- A monthly read on how you are showing up in Google and in AI answers.
- Plain English on what changed and what I would do next.
See the shape of the work.
More buyers now skip the results page and just ask. When they do, someone gets named, and this is the setup that makes it your business.

Who would you recommend for [what you do] on the Gold Coast?
This is where a well-set-up local business gets named, with the reasons why.
The dimmed lines stand in for the rest of the answer: options, caveats and comparisons. No real businesses or rankings are shown.Answers before we talk.
Can you guarantee I will rank on Google or get named by ChatGPT?
No, and neither can anyone else. Nobody controls what Google or an AI assistant decides to show. What I can do is make your business clear, useful and well evidenced, so it is easier to find and easier to recommend.
Is AI search a separate thing from SEO?
The places people look are different, but most of the groundwork is shared: clear services, information that can be trusted, and pages that answer real questions. I plan them together rather than selling AI search as an extra.
Do I need to publish something every week?
Usually not. A handful of genuinely useful pages does more than a publishing treadmill. The plan follows where the opportunity is, not a content quota.
How long before anything shows up?
Technical fixes can register quickly. Content and authority take longer, typically a few months before the picture is clear. I will tell you what I am watching and when I would expect to see it move.
How do I know what you actually did?
Every change goes into a running log: the date, the page, what changed and why. You can open it whenever you like. Nothing I do on your site is invisible to you, which is the whole point.
Will you change my website without asking?
We agree that once, in writing, before anything starts. Some businesses want me to make page changes directly; others want to see everything first. Either is fine. It is your call and it is written down.
What do I get each month?
A one-page report in four parts: what happened, what I did, what it means and what I would do next. Then a 30-minute call to walk through it and agree where the next month goes.
Tell me what's going on.
Send your website and whatever's jumping out at you. You'll get a first read on what I'd fix, not a sales pitch.
