Sound familiar?

Spend is running, but you can't see which offer, audience or page earns it back.

  • The account has been added to for years and nobody has stepped back to look at it.
  • Clicks look fine, but you cannot tell which ones turned into real enquiries.
  • The tracking was set up by someone else and you are not sure it still works.
  • Changes get made, but not explained.

Why this matters

Ad platforms are very good at spending money. Less good at telling you if it was worth it.

What separates spend that teaches you something from spend that just disappears is usually not the ads. It is whether the tracking is honest, whether each campaign has one clear job, and whether somebody tells you what changed and why.

The work

What I actually do.

  1. 1Go through the account structure and work out what each campaign is actually for.
  2. 2Check the tracking properly, so the numbers mean something before decisions rest on them.
  3. 3Give you straight feedback on the pages the ads send people to.
  4. 4Run one focused test at a time on Google, Facebook and Instagram, instead of changing everything at once.
  5. 5Read the enquiry quality with you and move budget with a reason attached.
What you receive
  • Campaigns set up or cleaned up on the channels that suit you.
  • Tracking checks and practical landing-page feedback.
  • A short weekly read: what the spend did, and what changes next.
  • Monthly recommendations tied to outcomes, not clicks.

Questions

Answers before we talk.

Do I need to be on Google, Facebook and Instagram?

Usually not all at once. I would rather run one channel properly than spread a small budget across three. Where you start depends on how people find you now and what you are selling.

What ad budget makes sense?

It depends on your market and what an enquiry is worth to you. I will give you a straight view on whether the budget you have in mind is enough to learn anything, before you commit to it.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Accounts and data stay in your name. If we stop working together, nothing has to be handed back or rebuilt.

Will you tell me if the ads are not working?

Yes. The weekly read covers the months that do not go your way as plainly as the ones that do. If the spend is not earning its place, you will hear it from me first.

What happens before you spend anything?

Tracking gets checked first. If I cannot see which clicks turn into real enquiries, no money moves. Spending your budget while guessing is not a service worth paying for.

How will I know what a lead is costing?

We agree a cost-per-lead guardrail at the start, and the weekly email tells you where you sit against it: what you spent, how many enquiries came in, what each one cost, what I changed, and whether I need anything from you.

What is included, and what is not?

Google, Facebook and Instagram. Writing the ads and choosing images is included, and so is straight feedback on the pages your ads point at. Building new pages or producing video sits outside this and gets quoted separately.

Send your website and whatever's jumping out at you. You'll get a first read on what I'd fix, not a sales pitch.
